• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Services.
• Communications — messages sent or received through our WhatsApp integration for load escalation notifications.
• Business data — load details, carrier information, and financial records entered by authorized users of our operations platform.

3. How We Use Information

• To send operational notifications via WhatsApp when loads are escalated (ops users only).
• To improve the Services and troubleshoot issues.

4. WhatsApp Messaging

Our operations platform (ops.freightsafe.io) uses the WhatsApp Business API to send load escalation notifications to team members who have provided their WhatsApp number. 5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Services (Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for deployment, Meta/WhatsApp for messaging, Resend for email) and as required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and role-based access controls to protect your data.
